All orders must be paid for within 7 days from invoice
date or the items will be put back into stock
No items will be dispatched until payments have been finalized.
All cheques must be cleared, before goods will be sent.
We do not send anything COD
All parcels sent within Australia are sent as Registered Post.
We reserve the right to reject any orders which we feel may be
fraudulent.
GST is included in the total for all purchases made within Australia.
A Tax Invoice will be provided during each transaction.
We use Australia Post for almost all of our shipping within Australia
and Overseas.
The delivery period depends on your location.
Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery, although in most cases
delivery is much quicker.
Most of the goods are usually delivered within 7-15 days, once payment
has been made by the customer.

Please check that your order details are correct before
proceeding through checkout as we rely on this information to process
your order.
No refunds will be given for change of mind once
your parcel has been sent.
All diecast models are new and are checked before they are posted.
A replacement, credit or refund will be given if we have sent the wrong
item, the item was not as described, or the item has a manufacturers fault.
No items are to be returned back without an RA (return authorization)
number from CarsDiecast staff.
So please keep all packaging intact for damage claims and contact
us for assistance with this matter.
